Our friend HIEN organised a permission over night, not from the Hospital but via the UNESCO. Went there yesterday and it worked. The head nurse "NIH" was impressed when we showed her the official document with all the stamps ... Stayed only a short while, a group of Japanese Students were visiting. They are studying to become a teacher, and this is part of their education.
Had a meeting with Bob, HIEN and HAE from the Youth Association. It looks like that we will be associated with the UNESCO and the Youth Association in the future. Advantage is that they provide 100% proof of money trail ... they even provide publications via the internet !!! So what we are doing now and in the future will be much more accountable!!!
